What is a Membership?

In Loyalty+, Memberships serve as the framework for the tier structure of the loyalty program.

Tiers function as levels or ranks customers can reach based on the points they earn from interacting with the organization's brand.

It's similar to a game where players accumulate points and advance to higher levels as they engage more.

As the organization or project admin, you must establish the different tiers and the points range for each tier.

For example, you can create tiers for different customers:

  • Tier 1: Customers with 0 - 100 points
  • Tier 2: Customers with 101 - 200 points
  • And so on.
