What is a Project?

Within Loyalty+, projects serve as containers that store all the settings, configurations, and data for a specific Loyalty program.


Upon sign-up, an organization has a project created for it by default.


There can only be one project, but it is possible to create sub-projects. This feature is particularly useful for organizations with multiple brands that want to build loyalty programs tailored to each brand. A sub-project can be made for each brand.

On signing in to Loyalty+, you should see the project/sub project you have been assigned to by your organization's admin. If you don't, kindly reach out to your organization's admin for Loyalty+. If you're an organization admin, please reach out to your Insomnia Account Manager
