Creating a Membership Tier

To create a membership tier:

1. On the memberships page, navigate to and click the "Create new Tier" button
2. Upload image to represent the tier
3. Name the tier
4. Determine the criteria of the tier. This can either be points range or percentiles
5. Depending on the criteria chosen
   1. For points range, define the start and end points
   2. For percentiles, define the percentages
